## Why Clear Your Cache?

Web browsers store temporary memory in the form of "cache" in order to speed up page load times. This can cause GenLogs users to see outdated versions of our platform after new releases go live.

## How to Clear Your Cache

First, try signing out and back in.

1. Find your username in the bottom left corner
2. Click Sign Out

If that didn't work, follow the steps to clear your cache for your respective browser.
